Continuous nutrition intelligence

One number for how you eat. And a system that moves it.

Four pillars of longevity, scored every day. Eight micronutrients measured against targets set for your body. It finds the gaps you would miss, then closes them.

iPhone app. Your first 7 days are free, no card needed. Then $29.99 a month or $179.99 a year.

01 · The signal

Every pillar, and what each one is worth in years.

Four pillars, each scored out of 25 and each showing the years it adds or takes off, so you can see which one is moving your number. Eight micronutrients sit underneath: iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin D, omega 3, fibre, sodium and sugar.

  • Shortfalls named, not buried. Low: vitamin D, omega 3. Sodium 1361mg against an 825mg cap. No badges, no streak pressure.
  • One sentence that matters. Which pillar is furthest behind, and the one change that closes most of it.

02 · The smart pantry

It knows what is actually in your kitchen.

Photograph your shelves and the app reads them: what you own, how much, and what will spoil first. Amounts come down as you cook, so the picture stays current without you maintaining a list.

That input is what makes the advice executable. It does not tell you to eat more iron. It puts iron into Thursday.

  • You set the reach. Plan strictly from what you own, allow a short capped list, or shop freely.
  • Perishables lead the week so you use what you already paid for first.

03 · The list

A shopping list reasoned from the gap.

Not a dump of every ingredient. It is built from what your week is short on, what your pantry already covers, what is in season and your budget. Quantities are totalled across the week, and every item ties back to the dishes that need it.

  • Measured, not claimed. Each item comes from comparing the week’s recipes against your real pantry.
  • Grouped by aisle, so one pass through the shop does it.

Why this is different

A tracker tells you what happened. This tells you what to do next.

Calorie trackers and recipe apps

They ask you to weigh, log and search, then hand back a chart of what you already did. Changing it is left to you.

WhatsCook.ing

Closes the loop. The gap it finds today shapes the week it writes tomorrow, inside your diet, your allergies and your calorie target, from the food you already own.

04 · What you cook

Every plate checked before you see it.

Each dish clears your diet, your allergens, your protein floor and your calorie ceiling before it reaches the plan. Macros are computed from the ingredients rather than taken on trust, and every recipe is written for one serving so the numbers mean something.

  • Swap anything. The replacement still clears the same targets and the same diet.
  • Log in one tap, and your pantry comes down by what the recipe used.

How the program runs

Measure, act, log, review. Then again.

01

Baseline

Your body, goals, diet and kitchen. Targets computed, not guessed, and floored at a safe minimum.

02

The week lands

Built against those targets and the gaps carried in from last week, every dish checked before you see it.

03

Log as you go

Mark meals eaten, snap anything you ate elsewhere. Your BioAge and all four pillars move the same day.

04

The review

Where you landed, which nutrients ran short, and next week built from the answer.
